CONDITION FOR RETURNThe terms and conditions set forth for returning item(s) purchased from KICKING BULL GALLERY on-line are: Condition One: Please notify us by email, phone or fax the day you receive your item(s) to inform us that you are returning the item(s) to us. Condition Two: The item(s) must be returned within 5 ( Five) days from day of delivery (confirmed by UPS tracking or USPS Delivery Confirmation Number) to Kicking Bull Gallery. Condition Three: On day item(s) are shipped back to Kicking Bull Gallery please notify us by email, phone or fax with the USPS Delivery Confirmation Number or the UPS Tracking Number. The item(s) must be fully insured and be returned in the same condition as sent by Kicking Bull Gallery. If item(s) are damaged during shipping and not insured Kicking Bull Gallery will not be held responsible and a refund will not be honored. All conditions mentioned above must be met for a refund of the original purchase price minus a 6% restocking fee. Shipping/ handling/ insurance/ costs are non-refundable. We are always happy to send additional photos or information for any item. After the 5 day period the sale is final unless other arrangements have been made with us. KICKING BULL GALLERY respects our customers privacy. We do not disclose customer information. All information given us is private, secure and will not be used without our customers consent. We'll notify customers on our "Want List" of items they are interested in with their consent when such item(s) are acquired. We do not send promotions in email.
KICKING BULL GALLERY will not collect any personal information about individuals except when specifically and knowing provided by such individuals. Examples: name, postal address, email address, phone number, fax number, and item commentary.
