Folk Art Moby Dick

This is a humorous and whimsical carving by Jay Miles of his interpretation of the movie version of Moby Dick starring Gregory Peck. This particular scene is the fulfillment of the soothsayer's prophecy where after Ahab's death he would wave the crew on where all shall follow save one. Moby is about 20"L and the height of the carving including base is 13". Captain Ahab, is about 6 "H. Carved and painted base. Moby can be removed from base for shipping. Painted by Si' Na' Ya'
