Folk Art Rooster Weathervane
Jay Miles, Wells, Maine, circa 2008
Very nice carved rooster weathervane with applied copper leaf surface which has been stressed to a beautiful verde gris patination by Si' Na' Ya'. This piece was made to have the look and feel of an old weathervane. Measures: 24"H (including stand) and 27"L (bill to tail).
