Old Decoy New Jersey Goldeneye Decoy
Harry Vinuckson Shourds (1861-1920), Tuckerton, NJ circa 1890
Excellent early Shourds in mostly worn original with a small amount of touch up on an early repaired area behind weight on bottom. Missing inletted weight. Partial "IFT" brand on bottom. Tight secure crack in neck. A nice addition to anyone's collection. Asking 10% of low estimate of similar bird by H.M. Shourds (See lot#681 of GS Nov 07 Auction).
